MAINTENANCE PROGRAM--ON THE SIDEWALKS OF MARKET STREET FROM INDEPENDENCE HALL (6TH STREET) TO CITY HALL (15TH STREET), THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES FUNDING TO ENHANCE MAINTENANCE AND RENOVATION/RESTORATION OF LANDSCAPING AND STREET FURNITURE, INCLUDING PLANTERS AND LIGHTING. THE ORGANIZAION FROM TIME TO TIME PROVIDES FUNDING TO PERFORM EVALUATIONS AND/OR ANALYSES OF THE FEASIBILITY OF VARIOUS PROJECTS ON THE CORRIDOR TO TEST THE POTENTIAL SUCCESS OF A PROJECT AND ITS FIT WITHIN THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION.
