TO EDUCATE AND DEVELOP PLANNERS; TO EXCHANGE INFORMATION, ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE AMONG MEMBERSHIP THROUGH ANNUAL CONFERENCES AND PROFESSIONAL WORKSHOPS; AND TO ENCOURAGE STATEWIDE INTEREST IN STATE, COUNTY, CITY, BOROUGH, AND TOWNSHIP PLANNING.
