FUNDS ARE RAISED BY THE AUXILIARY PRIMARILY THROUGH THE OPERATIONS OF THE GIFT SHOP, THE ST. LUKE'S UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL BALL COMMITTEE AND VENDING MACHINE SALES. THE AUXILIARY ALSO SPONSORS AN ANNUAL CLASSIC ON THE GREEN GOLF TOURNAMENT AND A CHARITY BALL. MONEY EARNED, NET OF OPERATING EXPENSES, IS TRANSFERRED TO THE AUXILIARY'S TREASURER ACCOUNT. THE FUNDS IN THE TREASURER'S ACCOUNT ARE THEN TRANSFERRED TO ST. LUKE'S HEALTH NETWORK, ST. LUKE'S HOSPITAL SCHOOL OF NURSING, ST. LUKE'S MEDICAL SCHOOL AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS BENEFITING THE SURROUNDING COMMUNITY.
