A COORDINATIVE SERIES OF STAFF ACTIVITIES WITH THE CLIENT TO DETERMINE WHAT SERVICES ARE NEEDED TO HELP ADULTS (AGED 18-59), SENIORS AGED 60 AND OVER, AND HOMELESS OR NEAR HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES REGARDLESS OF AGE, FACING A HOUSING CRISIS EITHER SECURE, RETAIN, AND OR MAINTAIN ADEQUATE STABLE HOUSING THAT IS ESSENTIAL TO A HOUSEHOLD'S FAMILY AND ECONOMIC STABILITY
