WEATHERIZATION AND CHORE - PROVIDE LOW INCOME HOUSEHOLDS WITH ENERGY CONSERVATION MEASURES SUCH AS INSULATIONS, DOOR, WINDOW, ETC. AND EDUCATION. CHORE PERFORMS MINOR HOME REPAIRS, HEALTH AND SAFETY MEASURES.


GENERIC HOUSING RELATED SERVICE PLANNING/CASE MANAGEMENT. A COORDINATIVE SERIES OF STAFF ACTIVITIES WITH THE CLIENT TO DETERMINE WHAT SERVICES ARE NEEDED TO HELP ADULTS (AGED 18-59), SENIORS AGED 60 AND OVER, AND HOMELESS OR NEAR HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES REGARDLESS OF AGE, FACING A HOUSING CRISIS EITHER SECURE, RETAIN, AND OR MAINTAIN ADEQUATE STABLE HOUSING THAT IS ESSENTIAL TO A HOUSEHOLD'S FAMILY AND ECONOMIC STABILITY


EMERGENCY ENERGY ASSISTANCE - PROVIDES HELP TO LOW INCOME PERSONS IN CRISIS SITUATIONS TO SECURE ADEQUATE FUEL ASSISTANCE TO PREVENT UTILITY TERMINATION


ALL OTHER ACCOMPLISHMENTS OTHER PROGRAMS HAVE NEEDS THAT ARISE AND HAVE BEEN TAKEN CARE OF AS REQUIRED
