THE PHELPS SCHOOL IS DEDICATED TO A PERSONALIZED EDUCATION FOR THE BOY WHO SEEKS SUCCESS ACADEMICALLY, PERSONALLY, AND SOCIALLY. OUR FIRST OBLIGATION IS TO CREATE A CARING, SENSITIVE CLIMATE WHICH EMPHASIZES THE POSITIVE IN EVERY SITUATION. THE STUDENT'S EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM IS PLANNED IN TERMS OF HIS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, ABILITY, NEEDS AND INTERESTS. THIS PHILOSOPHY OF DEDICATION TO THE TOTAL DEVELOPMENT OF EACH BOY IS ACCENTUATED BY THE DISCIPLINED ATMOSPHERE, SMALL CLASSES, AND DAILY TUTORIAL SUPPORT. THE ENVIRONMENT IS CONSISTENT, SUPPORTIVE, STRUCTURED AND COMBINED WITH CHALLENGE, CARE AND HONESTY.
