THE SAMUEL S. FELS FUND (FELS FUND) IS A PRIVATE, INDEPENDENT FOUNDATION WITH A COMMITMENT TO IMPROVING CONDITIONS AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR MARGINALIZED COMMUNITIES WITHIN THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA. FELS FUND PROVIDES GRANTS TO SUPPORT SERVICES, ADVOCACY AND ACTIVITIES THAT MOVE US TOWARDS A MORE SOCIAL, RACIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY JUST SOCIETY. FELS FUND HAS THREE FUNDING STREAMS: 1. ARTS AND CULTURE 2. SOCIAL, RACIAL AND ECONOMIC JUSTICE 3.
