THE OBJECT OF THE SCOUT EXECUTIVES ALLIANCE IS THE MUTUAL HELPFULNESS IN ACCORD WITH THE TRUE SPIRIT OF SCOUTING. ITS PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE A MEDIUM THROUGH WHICH THE MEMBERS OF THE SCOUT EXECUTIVES ALLIANCE MAY, IN A UNITED EFFORT, HELP EFFECTIVELY IN LIGHTENING THE BURDEN OF A DECEASED MEMBER.
