THE FOUNDATION PROVIDED A FINANCIAL GRANT TO A UNIVERSITY WHOSE ACTIVITIES ARE CONSISTENT WITH THOSE OF THE FOUNDATION WITH ENCOURAGING PATRIOTISM, SCHOLARSHIP, LEADERSHIP, AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT OF COLLEGE STUDENTS.
