THE PROGRAM PROVIDED BY THE COUNCIL BENEFITED YOUTH IN A 5 COUNTY AREA COMMUNITIES SERVED BY THE PROGRAM. THE PROGRAMS EMPOWER THEM TO MAKE ETHICAL CHOICES OVER THEIR LIFETIMES AND ENABLE THEM TO ACHIEVE THEIR FULL POTENTIAL. THE COUNCIL PROVIDES QUALITY SCOUTING PROGRAMS TO YOUTH FROM 6 TO 20 YEARS OF AGE. THE PROGRAM FOCUSES ON CHARACTER BUILDING, CITIZENSHIP, RELIGIOUS AWARENESS, AND PHYSICAL FITNESS. THE PROGRAMS MOBILIZE PARENTS, THE COMMUNITY, AND ITS LEADERS TO ASSIST IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THEIR YOUTH.
