ONE OF THE MOST REWARDING PARTS OF NJAA MEMBERSHIP IS BEING INVOLVED WITH THE NJAA CHARITABLE FUND. THIS NONPROFIT ARM OF THE ASSOCIATION WORKS TO GATHER THE RESOURCES OF THE MULTIFAMILY HOUSING INDUSTRY TO GIVE BACK TO COMMUNITIES AND THOSE IN NEED. FUNDS RAISED THROUGH THE NJAA CHARITABLE FUND SUPPORT THE FOLLOWING: -UNDERGRADUATE SCHOLARSHIPS TO QUALIFIED MEMBERS, THEIR FAMILY, AND RESIDENTS LIVING IN NJAA MEMBER COMMUNITIES. -DONATIONS TO CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS THROUGHOUT NEW JERSEY. THE NJAA CHARITABLE FUND ACTIVITIES TO SUPPORT ITS GIVING WAS ON-HOLD DURING 2023.
