THE ENTREPRENEURIAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM WAS CREATED TO MENTOR,DEVELOP AND TRAIN LIFE SCIENCES WOULD-BE ENTREPRENEURS IN NJ WITH THE HOPE THAT CANDIDATES WILL RETURN TO NJ TO OPEN THEIR OWN RESEARCH ORGANIZATIONS AND/OR DRUG COMPANIES IN THE FUTURE OR RETAIN THEIR TALENT IN NJ COMPANIES.
