THE PURPOSE OF JEWISH BIG BROTHERS & BIG SISTERS ASSOCIATON OF THE GREATER BOSTON ENDOWMENT FUND, INC. IS TO INSURE THE FINANCIAL VIABILITY AND STRENGTH OF THE JEWISH BIG BROTHERS & BIG SISTERS ASSOCIATION OF GREATER BOSTON BY (I) ESTABLISHING AND MANAGING AN ENDOWMENT FUND TO WHICH INDIVIDUALS, CORPORATIONS, PARTNERSHIP AND ALL OTHER ENTITIES CAN CONTRIBUTE IN ORDER TO PROVIDE FOR THE LONG TERM FINANCIAL SURVIVAL OF THE ASSOCIATION, AND (II) BY MAKING DISTRIBUTIONS OF FUNDS TO THE ASSOCIATION FOR ITS GENERAL OPERATING REQUIREMENT AS WELL AS FOR ITS VARIOUS SPECIAL EVENTS AND PROJECTS.
