HOUSING PARTNERSHIP FOR MORRIS COUNTY, INC. HELD MANY SEMINARS EDUCATING LOW AND MODERATE INCOME INDIVIDUALS REGARDING AFFORDABLE HOUSING AND FORECLOSURE, AS WELL AS PROVIDED FOLLOW UP MEETINGS TO QUALIFIED ATTENDEES. THE ORGANIZATION WAS ABLE TO CONTINUE TO OFFER SERVICES WHILE TRANSITIONING INTO IN PERSON SERVICES. HOUSING PARTNERSHIP OF MORRIS COUNTY PROVIDED HOME BUYER EDUCATION/FINANCIAL LITERACY WORKSHOPS TO OVER 500 FAMILIES AND ASSISTED 128 FAMILIES PURCHASE THEIR FIRST HOME IN CALENDAR YEAR 2021. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO PROVIDED OVER 930 ONE-ON-ONE COUNSELING SESSIONS IN THEIR PREPURCHASE AND FORECLOSURE COUNSELING SERVICES.
