THESE SERVICES INCLUDE COMPREHENSIVE MEDICAL REHABILITATION, SKILLED NURSING, NEURO CARE, RESPITE CARE, DENTAL SERVICES, & MEDICALLY & SOCIALLY AFFILIATED ADULT DAY CARE. SITRIN IS DEDICATED TO PROVIDING COMPASSIONATE, PROFESSIONAL CARE TO ALL SERVED.

THE CHARLES T. SITRIN HEALTH CARE CENTER'S INPATIENT PROGRAM CONSISTS OF SKILLED NURSING, POST ACUTE REHABILITATION, NEUROLOGICAL CARE & RESPITE CARE. DURING 2021, THERE WERE OVER 465 ADMISSIONS TO THESE PROGRAMS. OVERALL OCCUPANCY FOR 2021 WAS 92%. THERE CONTINUES TO BE OVERWHELMING PATIENT SATISFACTION WITH THE LONG TERM CARE HOUSES, NEUROCARE UNIT AND ALL PRIVATE ROOMS ON THE POST ACUTE REHAB UNIT.
THE CHARLES T. SITRIN HEALTH CARE CENTER'S COMPREHENSIVE OUTPATIENT REHABILITATION FACILITY/DIAGNOSTIC & TREATMENT CENTER SERVED THOUSANDS OF PATIENTS DURING 2021. A WIDE RANGE OF SERVICES WERE PROVIDED INCLUDING PHYSICAL THERAPY, OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY, SPEECH AND HEARING THERAPY, DENTAL, AND A FEW SPECIALTY DOCTOR CLINICS. THE MULTIDISCIPLINARY TEAM APPROACH AT SITRIN ADDRESSES THE PATIENTS PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL NEEDS TO ENSURE BETTER OUTCOMES. THE OVERALL TOTAL NUMBER OF VISITS WAS 13,225.
THE CHARLES T. SITRIN HEALTH CARE CENTER'S ADULT DAY CARE PROGRAM OFFERS PARTICIPANTS A COMPREHENSIVE PACKAGE OF MEDICAL CARE, INCLUDING THERAPY & DENTAL, AND COMBINES IT WITH RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES AND SOCIAL SERVICES WHILE ALLOWING PARTICIPANTS TO RETURN TO THEIR HOME FOR THE EVENING.
