PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT AND RESEARCH - THE GOLD FOUNDATION DEVELOPS, PILOTS, AND REPLICATES PROGRAMS DESIGNED TO TEACH THE HABITS OF HUMANISM (E.G. EMPATHIC COMMUNICATION, INTEGRITY, AND RESPECT FOR PATIENTS VALUES AND CONCERNS) AND COMPASSION TO DOCTORS AND NURSES IN TRAINING.
