GOALS AND OBJECTIVES INCLUDE ADVOCATION FOR CAREER AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION THAT PROVIDES STUDENTS WITH THE ACADEMIC, TECHNICAL AND EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS NEEDED TO COMPETE IN A GLOBAL ECONOMY.
