THE ORGANIZATION OPERATES UNDER SECTION 202 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT. AFFORDABLE HOUSING IS PROVIDED FOR QUALIFIED ELDERLY PERSONS WHO ARE AT LEAST 62 YEARS OF AGE.
