TO ACCOMPLISH THIS GOAL THE CENTER PROVIDES FOOD, SHELTER, & EMPLOYMENT ASSISTENCE, COUNSELING SERVICES, SUPPORT & GUIDANCE; SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED TO THE NEEDS OF OFFENDERS.
