THE ABOVE EXPENSES WERE FOR NEW BASEBALL EQUIPMENT FOR THE CHILDREN. AT THE END OF THE YEAR THE EQUIPMENT MANAGER INSPECTS THE CONDITION OF THE EQUIPMENT WHEN IT IS RETURNED AND MAKES RECOMMENDATIONS FOR ITS REPLACEMENT WHEN IT HAS BECOME WORN OUT AND IS NO LONGER SAFE FOR THE CILDREN TO USE
THE ABOVE EXPENSES WERE FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF OUR BUILDINGS AND GROUND. BY KEEPING OUR FIELDS PROPERLY GROOMED, IT PROVIDES A BETTER EXPERIENCE FOR OUR PLAYERS AD HELPS THEM TO BECOME THE BBEST THEY CAN BE. ALSO BY KEEPING OUR BUILDING AND GROUNDS PROPERLY MAINTAINED IT NOT ONLY PROVIDES A SFER ENVIORNMENT FOR OUR CHILDREN AND PARENTS, BUT BY BEING PROACTIVE WITH OUR MAINTENANCE IT HELPS KEEP COST DOWN.
LITTLE LEAGUE DUES
THE ABOVE EXPLANATION EXPENSES ARE THE AMOUNT WE PAID TO OUR UMPIRES THIS YEAR. OUR LEAGUE PREDOMINANTLY USES PLAYERS FROM OUR OLDER DIVISIONS, AGES 13-18 TO UMPIRE OUR GAMES. THEY ARE PAID A STIPEND OF BETWEEN $15 AND $35 PER GAME DEPENDING ON THEIR LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE AND THE DIVISION OF THE GAME BEING UMPIRED. BY USING THESE TEENAGERS FROM OUR LEAGUE TO UMPIRE OUR GAMES, WE ARE TEACHING THEM RESPONSIBILITY AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS.
