CAMPUS TRAINING:CONDUCTED DIVERSITY WORKSHOPS ON HUNDREDS OF COLLEGE AND UNIVERSITY CAMPUSES. THE CAMPUS DIVERSITY WORKSHOPS HAVE PROVEN EFFECTIVE AND, IN MANY CASES, LED TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF CAMPUS AFFILIATES. CURRENTLY, THE NATIONAL COALITION BUILDING INSTITUTE (NCBI) HAS ACTIVE AFFILIATES AT SCORES OF COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES, MOSTLY IN THE UNITED STATES. CAMPUS AFFILIATES OFFER YEAR-ROUND LEADERSHIP WORKSHOPS THAT CREATE A MORE INCLUSIVE CAMPUS ENVIRONMENT AND MAY INTERVENE WHEN CONFLICTS ARISE, EITHER BETWEEN CAMPUS GROUPS OR BETWEEN THE CAMPUS AND THE SURROUNDING COMMUNITY. NCBI'S SUCCESS ON COLLEGE AND UNIVERSITY CAMPUSES HAS EARNED THE ORGANIZATION RECOGNITION BY THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION AS A "PROMISING PRACTICE".

CONTRACT TRAINING:PROVIDED WORKSHOPS AND TRAININGS TO A WIDE VARIETY OF ORGANIZATIONS, FROM LOCAL NON-PROFITS TO MULTINATIONAL CORPORATIONS. MANY OF THESE ORGANIZATIONS HAVE INSTITUTIONALIZED THE BENEFITS OF NATIONAL COALITION BUILDING INSTITUTE'S (NCBI) METHODOLOGY AND PROGRAMS BY CREATING IN-HOUSE TEAMS OF NCBI TRAINED EMPLOYEE LEADERS. NCBI'S WORKSHOPS HAVE PROVED EFFECTIVE FOR ORGANIZATIONS THROUGH IMPROVEMENT IN PRODUCTIVITY, CREATING A MORE INCLUSIVE ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE, AND RESULTING IN A MORE TIMELY RESPONSE TO CONFLICT AND OTHER WORKPLACE CHALLENGES.
