ALZHEIMER'S NEW JERSEY PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING FAMILY EDUCATION AND SERVICES:1) HELPLINE - OUR HELPLINE IS A PROFESSIONALLY STAFFED, TOLL-FREE CONTACT CENTER THAT PROVIDES CALLERS WITH PERSONAL AND CONFIDENTIAL ASSISTANCE ABOUT ALZHEIMER'S AND DEMENTIA, AND AVAILABLE COMMUNITY RESOURCES.2) CARE CONSULTATIONS - CARE CONSULTATIONS OFFER THE OPPORTUNITY FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DEMENTIA, FAMILIES AND CAREGIVERS TO RECEIVE PERSONALIZED, IN-DEPTH GUIDANCE.3) RESPITE CARE AND WELLNESS PROGRAMS - OUR RESPITE CARE AND WELLNESS PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO PROVIDE FAMILY CAREGIVERS WITH INFORMATION AND EDUCATION ABOUT THE IMPORTANCE OF REGULAR TIME-OFF FROM CARE-GIVING, AND HELP LINK THEM TO AVAILABLE COMMUNITY-BASED RESPITE CARE RESOURCES.4) FAMILY SUPPORT GROUPS - FAMILY SUPPORT GROUP PROGRAMS ARE ALWAYS FREE AND OPEN TO THE COMMUNITY.
