SUPPORT FOR EDUCATIONAL AND CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES: THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES FREE CLASSICAL/CULTURAL/MUSICAL PROGRAMMING FOR SCHOOL CHILDREN, SENIOR CITIZENS, FAMILIES AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC. THE FOUNDATION ALSO PUBLISHES AND CIRCULATES A SENIOR MAGAZINE TO ITS MEMBERS.
SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM: THE ANNUAL SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM PROVIDED SCHOLARSHIPS TO THREE STUDENTS PURSUING AN UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE WITH A CONCENTRATION IN THE PERFORMING ARTS AT FOUR-YEAR COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES IN NEW JERSEY. EACH STUDENT MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN AND A NEW JERSEY RESIDENT. ALL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE COMPLETED SIXTY CREDITS AND HAVE DECLARED HIS/HER MAJOR. THE STUDENT MUST BE REGISTERED FOR A MINIMUM OF SIX CREDITS FOR THE UPCOMING TERM/SEMESTER IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE AWARD. THE FOUNDATION REVIEWS THE RECOMMENDED CANDIDATES AND MAKES THE FINAL DETERMINATION OF AWARDS.
