REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT WORK TO REMOVE BLIGHT, PUSH MARKETS, AND ATTRACT PRIVATE INVESTMENT TO COMMERCIAL CORRIDORS AND RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOODS THROUGH SCATTERED-SITE RESIDENTIAL REHAB AND LARGE-SCALE MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT, AS WELL AS TRANSIT-ORIENTED DEVELOPMENT. IN ADDITION, THE ORGANIZATION SELF-MANAGES ITS REAL ESTATE PORTFOLIO AND PROVIDES AN ARRAY OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES.
