THE FOUNDATION CONDUCTS FUNDRAISING ACTIVITIES AND CONTROLS ALL CONTRIBUTIONS MADE FOR THE SOLE BENEFIT OF ST FRANCIS HOSPITAL, POUGHKEEPSIE, NEW YORK.THE FOUNDATION SPONSORS FOUR MAJOR ANNUAL EVENTS TO BENEFIT SAINT FRANCIS HOSPITAL THE FRANCISCAN AWARD GALA, THE HUNTING FOR A CURE, HOOPS FOR DUFF AND THE TASTE OF THE HUDSON VALLEY. THE ORGANIZATION DECLARED BANKRUPCY ON JANUARY 31, 2014 AND IS IN THE PROCESS OF LIQUIDATING.
