THROUGH LECTURES, WORKSHOPS AND TOURS, THE MONROE COUNTY HISTORICAL ASSOCIATION EDUCATES THE PUBLIC ABOUT MONROE COUNTY HISTORY. THE ASSOCIATION'S LIBRARY PROVIDES GENEALOGICAL REFERENCE MATERIAL TO THOSE RESEARCHING THEIR FAMILY HISTORY. THROUGH ITS PARTICIPATION IN LOCAL COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES, THE ASSOCIATION CONTINUES TO BRING TO THE PRESENT MONROE COUNTY'S PAST. THE ASSOCIATION RECEIVED 382 VISITORS AND 324 PARTICIPANTS TO THEIR PROGRAMS AND EVENTS IN 2021.
