AND RIDDLE MEMORIAL HOSPITAL. SERVICES PROVIDED INCLUDE ASSET MANAGEMENT AND ACCOUNTING SERVICES, AS WELL AS MANAGING THE EXPENSES INCURRED TO OPERATE THE BUILDINGS, INCLUDING UTILITIES, REPAIRS, REAL ESTATE TAXES, LIABILITY INSURANCE AND OTHER MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING EXPENSES.
