FOR THE FULL YEAR OVER 900,000 POUNDS OF FOOD WAS DISTRIBUTED TO APPROXIMATELY 3,000 FAMILIES IN 2020. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO DISTRIBUTED BAGS OF EASY TO PREPARE FOOD FOR ITS BACKPACK PROGRAM, WHICH SERVED APPROXIMATELY 600-800 CHILDREN EACH WEEK IN 16 ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS.THE ORGANIZATION OPERATES ADDITIONAL PROGRAMS, WHICH ASSISTED NEEDY PERSONS WITH THE FOLLOWING: PRESCRIPTION DRUG PURCHASES, FUNDING OF EYE EXAMS AND GLASSES, EMERGENCY UTILITY SHUTOFF PREVENTION AND HOLIDAY MEALS AND GIFTS.
