TO SUPPORT PROGRAMS AND SERVICES FOUNDED ON COMPASSIONATE CARE THAT PROVIDE DIRECT FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO THOSE IN NEED. THE SINGLE FOCUS IS DIRECT ASSISTANCE TO PATIENTS DIAGNOSED WITH CANCER WHOSE FINANCIAL MEANS LIMIT THEIR ABILITY TO ACCESS OR RECEIVE THE CARE THAT THEY NEED.ROSEMARY D. GRUNER MEMORIAL CANCER FUND PROVIDES UP TO $500 OF ANNUAL ASSISTANCE TO APPLICANTS IN THE FORM OF GROCERY GIFT CARDS AND/OR FUEL GIFT CARDS.CANCER PATIENT EMERGENCY FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FUND PROVIDES EMERGENCY FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO PATIENTS WITH A CURRENT DIAGNOSIS OF CANCER. UPON APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION, THE FOUNDATION WILL PAY UP TO $250 ANNUALLY IN SUPPORT OF ESSENTIAL SERVICES; PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE DIRECTLY TO THE BILLING ORGANIZATION.
