THE ORGANIZATION MANAGES A 20 UNIT SENIOR HOUSING FACILITY. RENT IS LIMITED TO 30% OF THE INDIVIDUAL'S ANNUAL INCOME AND IS SUBSIDIZED BY FARMERS HOME RURAL DEVELOPMENT AGENCY.
