RI FOUNDATION (RIF) IS A SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION TO REHABILITATION INTERNATIONAL (RI). RIF WAS ESTABLISHED WITH THE SOLE PURPOSE OF SUPPORTING THE GOALS, PURPOSES, PRIORITIES, AND PROGRAMS OF REHABILITATION INTERNATIONAL. AS A SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION, RI FOUNDATION MADE GRANTS TO RI DURING THE YEAR. THE RI FOUNDATION SUPPORTS RI BY PAYING FOR OCCUPANCY COSTS, LIABILITY INSURANCE, 50% OF THE DIRECTORS & OFFICERS' INSURANCE, MONTHLY CONDOMINIUM COSTS AND THE PRO-RATED USE OF ELECTRICITY, SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE BUILDING'S RENOVATIONS, AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS, IF NEEDED.
