OUR MISSION IS TO SUPPORT HEALTHCARE IN SOUTHEAST ALABAMA AND SURROUNDING AREAS. THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO THE HOUSTON COUNTY HEALTH CARE AUTHORITY DBA SOUTHEAST HEALTH MEDICAL CENTER (SOUTHEAST HEALTH) AND ITS AFFILIATES BY ESTABLISHING PARTNERSHIPS IN ORDER TO ENHANCE HEALTH AND WELLNESS IN SOUTHEAST ALABAMA, NORTHWEST FLORIDA AND SOUTHWEST GEORGIA. THE FOUNDATION WORKS TO STRENGTHEN RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN SOUTHEAST HEALTH, ITS AFFILIATES AND THE COMMUNITY WHILE HELPING FUND BOTH PRESENT AND FUTURE EQUIPMENT, TECHNOLOGY, FACILITY EXPANSION AND CLINICAL PROGRAM NEEDS.
