B.I.G. LOVE CANCER CARE WAS ESTABLISHED IN FEBRUARY OF 2007 IN MEMORY OF BROOKE A PHILLIPS WITH ONE PREIMARY FOCUS-EASING THE CHILDHOOD CANCER JOURNY. OUR CORE MISSION IS TO MEET THE MOST BASIC AND URGENT PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL, AND FINANCIAL NEEDS OF PEDIATIC ONCOLOGY AND HEMATOLOGY PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES.

BIG LOVE PROVIDES SERVICES TO ALL ONCOLOGY AND HEMATOLOGY PATIENTS BETWEEN THE AGES OF BIRTH TO 21 YEARS OLD REGARDLESS OF INCOME 52 WEEKS A YEAR. CURRENTLY BIG LOVE PROVIDES SERVICES TO PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES AT SIX (6) HOSPITALS: TEXAS CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL AT HOUSTON, KATY AND THE WOODLANDS, DELL CHILDREN'S MEDICAL CENTER IN AUSTIN, MD ANDERSON CHILDREN'S CANCER HOSPITAL IN HOUSTON, AND METHODIST CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL IN SAN ANTONIO. SERVICES INCLUDE PROVIDING FOOD, HOUSING, FINANCIAL SUPPORT WITH BILLS, TRANSPORTATION, FUNERAL EXPENSES, HOUSEHOLD ITEMS, SCHOLARSHIPS, SUPPORT GROUPS FOR KIDS AND ADULTS, COUNSELING, SPECIAL PARTIES AND ACTIVITIES.
