COMPASSIONATE CARE IS BEYOND BLESSED FOR SO MANY COMMUNITY MEMBERS THAT SHARE OUR MISSION AND CONTINUE TO HELP MAKE IT A SUCCESS. WITH OUR AMAZING STAFF AND VOLUNTEERS WE WERE ABLE TO PROVIDE 6,096 MEDICAL VISITS, THAT INCLUDE PRIMARY MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE VISITS, CHRONIC DISEASE MANAGEMENT, GYN, LAB SERVICES, REFERRALS, DIABETIC AND NUTRITIONAL CONSULTATIONS (THIS STATISTIC DOESN'T INCLUDE CASE MANAGEMENT STATS OR PATIENT EDUCATION). BY PROVIDING OVER 6,000 MEDICAL VISITS WE HAVE SAVED AN ESTIMATED SAVINGS TO LOCAL TAX DOLLARS OF 15,240,000.00 IN UNPAID MEDICAL EXPENSES. WE HAD APPROXIMATELY 54 VOLUNTEERS WHO DONATED 392 HOURS AND SAVED CCSC ROUGHLY 159,000.50 OF DONOR INVESTED FUNDS. COMP-U-NET PROVIDED 262 PATIENTS LAB SERVICES, AT A VALUE OF 33,405.84 OF IN-KIND SERVICES. WE PROVIDED 1004 PRESCRIPTION ASSISTANCE APPLICATIONS, AND 2,120 MEDS TO OUR PATIENTS THROUGH OUR RX ASSIST PLUS PROGRAM. WITH THE HELP OF AMERICARES, DIRECT RELIEF, HENRY SHEIN AND RX ASSIST, WE HAVE SAVED CCSC 1,321,490.33. CCSC PROVIDED 174 PATIENTS WITH DENTAL APPOINTMENTS AND 5 SETS OF DENTURES.
