THE HPG NETWORK IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO CULTIVATING AND STRENGTHENING THRIVING COMMUNITIES.

IN 2021, THE HIGH PERFORMANCE GOVERNMENT NETWORK (HPG NETWORK) COMPLETED SEVERAL PROJECTS DIRECTLY RELATED TO ITS VISION OF "CULTIVATING THRIVING COMMUNITIES." THE HPG NETWORK WORKED INTENSIVELY IN FIVE COMMUNITIES TO CREATE AND IMPLEMENT HOUSING STRATEGIES THAT ARE DESIGNED TO ADDRESS CRITICAL GAPS IN WORKFORCE HOUSING THAT IMPACT LOCAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT EFFORTS. HPG NETWORK WORKED IN FOUR OF THESE COMMUNITIES TO DIRECTLY LEAD PRE-DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES FOR A CATALYST HOUSING PROJECT THAT WAS HIGHLY PRIORITIZED BY THE COMMUNITY. HPG NETWORK PARTNERED WITH BALL STATE UNIVERSITY TO HOLD CERTIFIED PUBLIC MANAGER TRAINING FOR MUNICIPAL LEADERS ACROSS INDIANA ON A MONTHLY BASIS AS WELL AS TRAINING FOR INDIANA ASSOCIATION OF REGIONAL COUNCIL LEADERS. IN ADDITION, THE HPG NETWORK WORKED TO STRENGTHEN THE INFRASTRUCTURE OF COMMUNITIES BY PROVIDING TRAINING FOR GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES IN ONE ORGANIZATION. HPG NETWORK ALSO PROVIDED ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT FOR THE MAYORS AND COMMISSIONERS CAUCUS OF NORTHEAST INDIANA.
