TO ESTABLISH, MAINTAIN AND OPERATE AN APPROXIMATELY TWELVE (12) ACRE NEIGHBORHOOD PARK (ALSO KNOWN AS LUTHERAN PARK AND GARDENS) AT THE SITE OF THE FORMER LUTHERAN HOSPITAL OF FORT WAYNE, INC.; 3.
