GYM/FITNESS - THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES FITNESS SERVICES INCLUDING OLYMPIC-STYLE WEIGHT LIFTING, STAMINA, STRENGTH, POWER LIFTING, CORE AND CARDIO, AND TEAM SPORTS. EIGHT WEEK SUMMER CAMP WITH OUTINGS ARE PROVIDED TO CITY YOUTH AS WELL AS A YOUTH GARDENING PROGRAM AND DAILY TRANSPORTATION BETWEEN THE ORGANIZATION AND THE MEMBERS' HOMES.
NUTRITION PROGRAM - THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES AN EVENING CAFE, SERVING MORE THAN 13,000 NUTRITIOUS DINNERS PER YEAR.
MENTORING & FAMILY EMERGENCY RELIEF PROGRAM - THE ORGANIZATION OFFICERS A COMPUTERIZED HOMEWORK CENTER WITH TUTORING SERVICES. FINANCIAL AND OTHER ASSISTANCE TO FAMILIES OF YOUTH MEMBERS IS ALSO PROVIDED THROUGH THE FAMILY EMERGENCY RELIEF PROGRAM.
