THE CLUBHOUSE SERVICE IS DESIGNED TO HELP ADULTS WITH PSYCHIATRIC DISABILITIES AND PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT WHERE THESE CONSUMERS CAN BE SUCCESSFUL AND SATISFIED IN THE ENVIRONMENT OF THEIR CHOICE.
HOUSING CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES, THROUGH THE HOUSING FIRST MODEL, CONNECTS INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS TO PERMANENT HOUSING WITHOUT PRECONDITIONS AND BARRIERS TO ENTRY. INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES ARE ASSESSED FOR VARIOUS GRANT PROGRAMS THAT PAY A PORTION OF RENT AND UTILITIES AS WELL AS PROVIDED BASIC CASE MANAGEMENT. THE ORGANIZATION OFFERS DIRECT DEPOSIT FOR RENT PAYMENTS AND TENANTS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RENT ASSISTANCE.
REPRESENTATIVE PAYEE SERVICES PROVIDE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SUPPORT TO CLIENTS IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE WITH FINANCIAL MATTERS, SUCH AS THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A BUDGET TO PAY FOR BASIC NEEDS INCLIDING HOUSING, FOOD, UTILITIES, AND PHARMACY BILLS.
