DRIVEN BY THE RECENT OCCURRENCE OF DISASTERS OF EARTHQUAKE, MOUNTING DANGEROUS DISEASE, SEVERE SHORTAGE OF BASIC PREVENTATIVE MEDICATION ETC, ZHANGXU FAMILY FOUNDATION HELD SUFFICIENT DISCUSSIONS WITH CHINA PRIMARY CARE FOUNDATION, AND DREW CONCLUSION THAT PART OF DONATED FUNDS TO CHINA PRIMAY CARE FOUNDATION CAN BE ALLOCATED TO PURCHASE NEEDED MEDICINE AND MEDICAL EQUIPMENTS, WHICH SHOULD BE USED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE RELIEF OF DISASTROUS AREAS AND REMOTELY LOCATED AREAS IN POVERTY. LOCAL PERSONNELS WERE HIRED TO IMPLEMENT TO LOGISTIC OF THE PROJECT, THE INCURRED EXPENSE FOR THE PERIOC IS RELATING TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ONGOING PROJECT.
