BAYBERRY HAS A TOTAL OF 10 UNITS LOCATED AT 1838 KINGSTOWN ROAD IN SOUTH KINGSTOWN, RHODE ISLAND. THE OCCUPANCY RATE WAS 96% DURING THE FISCAL YEAR COVERED IN THIS RETURN.
