THE FOUNDATION SEEKS TO CREATE A HOPE AND A FUTURE FOR OUR CHILDREN. WE ENCOURAGE YOUTH BY OFFERING A VARIETY OF DAY CAMPS, ANNUAL COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS AND PROVIDE SUPPORT TO FAMILIES WHO ARE STRUGGLING WITH A LIFE THREATENING MEDICAL CRISIS.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH - ASSISTING FAMILIES IN FINANCIAL NEED.
IN 2021, "SEEDS OF HOPE" PROVIDED RESOURCES TO ABOUT 31 FAMILIES IN OREGON & WASHINGTON UNDERGOING A MEDICAL CRISIS BY PROVIDING FINANCIAL RESOURCES, SPECIAL EXPERIENCES, AND OTHER NEEDS OF THE FAMILY. OVER 160 FAMILIES HAVE BEEN SERVED AND ENCOURAGED DURING TIMES OF LIFE-THREATENING MEDICAL CRISIS SINCE SEE YA LATER FOUNDATION FIRST BEGAN.
IN 2021, COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS WERE PROVIDED TO 12 HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS IN OREGON AND EIGHT FROM WASHINGTON WHO DEMONSTRATED THEIR COMMITMENT TO THE COMMUNITY THROUGH ACADEMICS, CHARACTER, LEADERSHIP AND SERVICE
