THE SOUTH BEND MEDICAL SERVICES CORPORATION IS A MEDICAL TRAINING FACILITY, NON-PROFIT CORPORATION, ESTABLISHED FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING MEDICAL EDUCATION TRAINING, RESEARCH AND SERVICES TO USE, DISTRIBUTE AND APPLY ITS INCOME AND ASSETS, EITHER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY OR THROUGH ANY CHARITABLE, BENEVOLENT OR EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION, ASSOCIATION OR AGENCY AS THE DIRECTORS MAY AT ANY TIME DETERMINE.
