DURING THE 2018-2019 FISCAL YEAR, UNCDC COMPLETED THE MADISON AVENUE TOWNHOUSE PROJECT IN SCRANTON. THIS PROPERTY IS A NEW CONSTRUCTION TWO FAMILY DWELLING THAT IS INTENDED TO HOUSE PARTICIPANTS OF THE GEISINGER'S LIFE PROGRAM. IN ADDITION TO THE MADISON AVENUE PROJECT, UNCDC CONTINUED TO DEVELOP PLANS FOR THE REHABILITATION OF THE FORMER CARBONDALE GENERAL HOSPITAL THAT WILL BE UNDER CONSTRUCTION IN THE NEXT FISCAL YEAR. UNCDC ALSO CONTINUES TO MANAGE, MAINTAIN, AND PROVIDE SERVICES AT SEVERAL OTHER PROPERTIES THROUGHOUT NORTHEASTERN PENNSYLVANIA.
