CHDO OWNS AND/OR OPERATES A NUMBER OF PROJECTS INCLUDING 1) ONTARIO BASED GUADALUPE RESIDENCE (411 PARKSIDE), AND MANAGEMENT OVERSIGHT OF THE CITY OWNED FRANCIS AND BEGONIA PROPERTIES 2) FREDERIC OZANAM RESIDENCE IN SANTA ANA 3) CASA ALIENTO LOCATED IN OXNARD AND 4) MESA VISTA IN COSTA MESA. ADDITIONALLY, CHDO HAS PARTNERED WITH A NUMBER OF DEVELOPERS TO ESTABLISH LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS (LP) TO ACQUIRE, REHAB AND/OR CONSTRUCT NEW HOUSING PROJECTS.
