IN OUR PROGRAMS, WE ENCOURAGE STUDENTS TO MAKE POSITIVE LIFE CHOICES THAT IMPROVE THEIR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH THROUGH EXERCISE, TEAMWORK, GRATITUDE, NUTRITION, AND COMMUNITY SERVICE. OUR PRESCRIPTION IS TO PREVENT SO WE DON'T HAVE TO CURE LATER IN LIFE.
