UCM WAS FORMED FOR THE CHARITABLE PURPOSE OF SERVING THE HEALTH CARE NEEDS OF THE COMMUNITY SERVICED BY THE HOSPITAL AND ADVANCING THE CHARITABLE PURPOSE OF THE UNIVERSITY.
