IS ORGANIZED FOR THE PROMOTION OF THE SOCIAL WELFARE OF THE CITIZENS OF WISCONSIN, INCLUDING: TO PROMOTE, DEVELOP, DEFINE AND ENCOURAGE DISTRIBUTION OF INFORMATION ABOUT WISCONSIN'S HEALTH CARE CLIMATE AND THE IMPORTANCE OF ENABLING HIGH QUALITY HEALTH CARE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC OF WISCONSIN; TO REPRESENT THE INTERESTS OF THE CORPORATION TO AFFILIATED ORGANIZATIONS AND OTHER PARTIES; TO ENTER ANY AND ALL CONTRACTS NECESSARY TO ADVANCE THE PURPOSES OF THE CORPORATION; TO FOSTER, ENCOURAGE, AND COORDINATE THE DEVELOPMENT OF PUBLIC POLICIES THAT WILL LEAD TO HIGH QUALITY HEALTH CARE AND A HIGHER QUALITY OF LIFE FOR WISCONSIN CITIZENS; AND TO ENGAGE IN OTHER ACTIVITIES TO FACILITATE PUBLIC EDUCATION AND PROMOTE THE BETTERMENT OF THE COMMUNITY AS A WHOLE.
