DOUGLAS COUNTY STINGRAYS IS USA SWIMMING SANCTIONED SWIM TEAM. WE PROVIDE A YEAR-ROUND TRAINING PROGRAM. PRACTICES ARE HELD SIX DAYS A WEEK TO PREPARE ATHLETES FOR THE OPPORTUNITY TO COMPETE AT LOCAL, STATE AND NATIONAL LEVELS.
