FOUNDATION PARTNERSHIPS: CNE CONTINUES TO PARTICIPATE IN STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS TO PROVIDECAPACITY-BUILDING SERVICES OUTSIDE OF THE CHARLOTTESVILLE REGION.THESE PARTNERSHIPS ARE FULLY-FUNDED BY THE INVITING FOUNDATION PARTNERSAND PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR CNE'S CORE PROGRAMS AND SERVICES. IN FY 22,CNE CONTINUED ITS LONG-TERM STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP WITH THE PATHFOUNDATION IN WARRENTON, VA, WHERE CNE MANAGES, ON BEHALF OF THE PATHFOUNDATION, A NONPROFIT RESOURCE CENTER IN ITS TRI-COUNTY SERVICEREGION. CNE ALSO CONTINUED PARTNERING WITH THE CAMERON FOUNDATION INPETERSBURG, VA AND THE OBICI HEALTHCARE FOUNDATION IN SUFFOLK, VA.SERVICES INCLUDE HOSTING REGIONALLY-RESPONSIVE WORKSHOPS, PROVIDINGTECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, AND DELIVERING CAPACITY-BUILDING CONSULTING WITHNONPROFITS IN THOSE COMMUNITIES. PROGRAM ACHIEVEMENTS:CNE CONTINUES TO PROVIDE TRAININGS AND WORKSHOPS IN THE PATH FOOTPRINT ON TOPICS INCLUDING HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT, FINANCE, FUNDING PLANNING, WELLNESS, AND FUNDRAISING. IN BOTH THE CAMERON AND OBICI HEALTHCARE FOUNDATION FOOTPRINTS, CNE PROVIDES HIGHLY-CUSTOMIZED TRAININGS AND WORKSHOPS TAILORED TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE LOCAL NONPROFIT COMMUNITIES. ACROSS ALL FOOTPRINTS, CNE PROVIDED TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, RESOURCES, OR SUPPORT RELATED TO ANY ASPECT OF RUNNING A NONPROFIT, AS WELL AS FACILITATED BOARD EDUCATIONSESSIONS, LEADERSHIP CIRCLES, AND RETREATS.


COMMUNICATIONS:DURING FY22, CNE DEVELOPED A ROBUST COMMUNICATIONS PROGRAM TO PROMOTE AND LEVERAGE THE NONPROFIT AND SOCIAL IMPACT SECTOR FOR GREATER IMPACT ACROSS VIRGINIA. THE COMMUNICATIONS PROGRAM SEEKS TO BUILD SECTOR KNOWLEDGE THROUGH RESOURCE SHARING AND BRING AWARENESS TO THE IMPORTANT WORK OF THE SECTOR. ONGOING COMMUNICATION PRIORITIES INCLUDE RAISING THE AWARENESS OF CNE'S 7 ACTIONABLE PRINCIPLES FOR A STRONG SOCIAL SECTOR, LEADING/BEST PRACTICE AND RESOURCE SHARING, NONPROFIT SPOTLIGHTS, AND MORE. THROUGHOUT FY22, CNE COMMUNICATIONS CONTRIBUTED TO OVER 250 DOWNLOADS OF CNE'S 7 ACTIONABLE PRINCIPLES WORKBOOKS AND CNE'S BI-WEEKLY NEWSLETTER DELIVERED VITAL SECTOR INFORMATION TO OVER 6,000 CONTACTS.


MEMBERSHIP:DURING FY 22, CNE MAINTAINED 350+ NONPROFIT MEMBERS THROUGHOUT VIRGINIA. ONGOING MEMBERSHIP SERVICES INCLUDE (1) DISCOUNTED RATES FOR WORKSHOPS, ADVANCED TRAININGS, AND ACADEMIES; (2) EXCLUSIVE ACCESS TO OUR LEADERSHIP CIRCLES; AND (3) HIGHLY CUSTOMIZED TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE. DURING FY 22, CNE PROVIDED OVER 23,000 MINUTES OF TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO NONPROFITS THROUGHOUT THE COMMONWEALTH. THROUGHOUT THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, CNE PROVIDED RAPIDLY RESPONSIVE RESOURCES, TOOLS, AND PROGRAMMING FOR MEMBERS AND NOT-YET-MEMBERS ALIKE IN AN EFFORT TO SUPPORT THE VITAL SOCIAL SECTOR. CNE ENGAGED IN ADVOCACY AT THE LOCAL, STATE, AND FEDERAL LEVELS TO SUPPORT OUR NONPROFIT COMMUNITIES IN ACCESSING AVAILABLE COVID-19 RESOURCES.


OTHER PROGRAMS:DURING FY22, CNE PROVIDED A WIDE ARRAY OF CAPACITY-BUILDING PROGRAMS AND SERVICES ACROSS VIRGINIA. ADDITIONAL PROGRAMS OFFERED BY CNE INCLUDE (1) LEADERSHIP CIRCLES, (2) SECTOR ADVOCACY, (3) BASIC AND ADVANCED TRAININGS, (4) SHORT-TERM AND PROJECT BASED CONSULTING, (5) COHORT-BASED ACADEMIES, AND (6) RESOURCE CENTER SERVICES. ALL PROGRAMS CONTRIBUTE TO CNE'S MISSION TO SERVE AS A CHAMPION, LEARNING PARTNER, AND ADVISOR TO VIRGINIA NONPROFITS THROUGH SHARING RESOURCES, FOSTERING BELONGING, REDRESSING INEQUITIES, AND IMPROVING OUTCOMES.
