STATEMENT OF PROGRAM ACCOMPLISHMENTS 7-1-22 TO 6-30-23 THE CLUB HAS DECIDED TO FOCUS ON BUILDING A VERY STRONG AND LARGER BOYS PROGRAM DURING THE 2022-23 SEASON. IN ADDITION TO A 16U AND 18U BOYS TEAMS THE CLUB WORKED TO DEVELOP AND BUILD A 14U BOYS TEAM IN ORDER TO EXPOSE GRAMMAR SCHOOL PLAYERS TO CLUB VOLLEYBALL AND BEGIN EXPOSING PLAYERS TO DISCIPLINE, RESPONSIBILITY AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS.DURING BOTH PRACTICES AND ON TOURNAMENT DATES COACHES PROMOTE THE NEED FOR PLAYERS TO PRACTICE EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND RESPECT FOR ONE ANOTHER TO MAINTAIN GOOD TEAM MORALE; LEADING TO STRONG ON COURT PERFORMANCE.COACHES ATTEMPT TO DELEGATE TASKS TO PLAYERS (TOURNAMENT DOWN REFEREE, LINE REFEREE, SCORING, ETC.)
