MANAGE THE DAILT OPERATIONS BRYN DU PROPERTY, OWNED BY THE VILLAGE OF GRANVILLE AND GRANVILLE TOWNSHIP; THE IMPLEMENTATION OF A DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND ANY FUTURE PLANNING FOR THE BRYN DU PROPERTY; THE PROVISION AND THE IMPLEMENTATION OF A DEVELOPMENT AND ANY FUTURE PLANNING FOR THE BRYN DU PROPERTY; THE PROVISION AND COORDINATION OF PUBLIC, CHARITABLE, EDUCATIONAL, AND OTHER USES OF THE PROPERTY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PEOPLE OF GRANVILLE.

CULTURAL AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMING AND SUPPORT: ART EXHIBITIONS. HISTORICAL PRESENTATIONS RELATING TO THE VILLAGE AND THE GROUNDS. SITE OF EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES FOR LOCAL SCHOOLS. SITE FOR VARSITY AND CLUB SPORTS. USED FOR UNIVERSITY STUDENT PROJECTS AND DEPARTMENT MEETINGS. EVENTS FOR LOCAL NON-PROFITS INCL. BOY SCOUTS, GIRL SCOUTS, AND ROTARY. "LIFE LOCAL" LECTURE SERIES EXPANDED. INTERNSHIP SITE FOR UNIVERSITY PROGRAM. MULTIPLE ARTISTS-IN-RESIDENCE WHO WERE PROVIDED HOUSING FOR 1 MONTH AT BRYN DU AND WHO PRESENTED MULTIPLE CREATIVE TEACHING SESSIONS AND PRESENTATIONS TO THE COMMUNITY.


COMMUNITY, RECREATIONAL AND SOCIAL PROGRAMMING & SUPPORT: COMMUNITY BIKE, RUNNING AND POLO EVENTS. COMMUNITY RECREATION ORGANIZATION SPONSORED YOUTH SPORTS. GROUNDS OPEN FOR HIKING, PICNICS, FAMILY GAMES AND BIKING. MULTIPLE WEDDINGS, PARTIES AND RECEPTIONS. MEETINGS AND EVENTS OF VARIOUS PUBLIC BODIES AND EVENTS. ACTIVITY SITE FOR SEVERAL LOCAL SCHOOLS AND LOCAL HOSPITAL. OFFICIAL BOARD OF ELECTIONS POLLING LOCATION FOR GRANVILLE TOWNSHIP. HOSTED 5 COMMUNITY MUSICAL CONCERTS.


HISTORICAL FACILITIES AND GROUNDS PRESERVATION: SIGNIFICANT HISTORICAL RESTORATION AND REPAIRS OF THE FACILITIES INCLUDING PLANNING, ARCHITECTURAL, ENGINEERING DRAWINGS AND RENOVATION OF CARRIAGE HOUSE, WINDOW REPLACEMENT, EXTERIOR PAINTING, LEAD PAINT CONTAINMENT, AND MANSION ACCESS. ADDED EXTERNAL SIGNAGE AND LIGHTING. PLANTED GRASS, TREES AND SHRUBS. CONTINUOUS ON-GOING REPAIRS OF HISTORICAL BARN AND ADDITION OF PARK BENCHES.
